1991-2001 engineer in R&D Department and later as technical manager in Production and Planning Department of German Audi Corporation;

2003 Vice President of the Tongji University;

2004 President of Tongji University (vice minister ranking);

2006 Vice Chairman of China Zhi Gong Party;
